Clifton Island (Winter 2008 population 32) is a township in Gravenhurst Region in the Imaginary Lands of Nicholas, and occupies the entire Clifton Island, as well as a small neighbouring island, Tuen Mun Island.
Clifton Island is a new community opened in 2003. It was when the Regional Government of Gravenhurst decided to launch a ferry route operating between the Town of Manchot and the Township of Hydrogen Falls. However, due to geographical reason, a direct ferry route cannot be operated. Hence, passengers of the ferry line must get off at Clifton Island, and transfer to a smaller fleet to continue their trips. The transfer gave way to developments of communities like Watermouth and Little Current.
The township features a secondary highway running through the township, it is the only way to get from one end of the island to the other. The secondary highway is unpaved. The township also have two ferry docks.
The township has the lowest population, tied with the Police Village of Old Minister, in the whole region. 22 people lives in the community of Little Current, while 10 lives in Watermouth. Out of the 32 people, 23 are male, and 9 are female.
