Ottawa - Gatineau (Traditional Chinese: 渥太華－加田努; French: Gatineau-et-Ottawa; June 2015 population 202,122) is the capital city and the second largest city of Watersauga. The city is generally divided by the Dawson River, with the bulk of the francophone settlement north of it in the Gatineau sector; and the anglophone/sinophone settlement to the south in the Ottawa sector.

In terms of post-secondary education, the capital city is home to the Watersauga Capital University (French: Université de la Capitale-Watersauga) and the Collège Générale du Gatineau. The former offers trilingual instructions (Cantonese, English and French), while the latter solely offers its courses in French.
The Watersauga Institute of the Researches in Medicine (Centre des Recherches en Médicine de Watersauga) is also based in the industrial sector of the city.
