The Spring 2010 Census was an enumeration of the population of residents in the Regional Municipality of Gravenhurst. Census day was April 2, 2010. The estimation date (the date when the results of the estimates of the population in each municipality is released) was on February 18, 2010. The next census will be held in August 2010, with the estimation date in late June 2010. The population enumerated in the Spring 2010 Census was 1,128,382. The last census reported the region has a population of 1,009,092, and when compared to this census, the population has been risen by more than 100,000, by 11.82%. This has shown throughout the last two census, the region has been growing at a steady pace at around 10%.

The Census Department also continues to draw focus of this census to the extremely rapid growth of the City of Lisi, who has its population doubled in the past year, and its population approaching to 100,000. The city's population, if following the current trend of growth, will surpass the City of Vandehogan within the next two censuses. The department urges the planning staff and the government to notice this trend for future planning purposes.

The last census was the Winter 2009 Census; the next census will be the Summer 2010 Census.
